do superheavy sponson weapons like the baneblades (which has a lascannon and twin heavy bolters) have any special rules? do they gain any coaxial types of benefits? can you only fire one of the sponsons weapon groups each shooting phase? etc. i just picked up the apoc books and was suprised to not see a section on the sponsons. thanks in advance.

Yes, Super-Heavies can fire all sponson weapons. They do not gain Co-Axial benefits.

Just as in the case of regular 40k, sponsons have no special rules, even on super heavy tanks.

cool, thanks. for some reason, i was thinking that only one weapon per sponson could fire.

Superheavies can fire ALL weapons, even after moving, and can even fire different weapons at different target units (Range and LOS considerations taken into account).
