Seriuosly, we need to have some Plaguemarines, Thousand Sons, and Noise Marine plastic kits...

When will GW give us some love?

If I may interject, all of those have been done in plastic (for the most part). I mean, the Thousand Sons are all plastic save the heads and the bolters. Same goes for the Noise Marines. Also, Forge World made those Resin conversion kits for the plague marines.

If we are ever to expect full plastic kits (like the Berzerkers), it would likely be with the release of a new Chaos Codex.

Although the world does not need more MEqs I still think that Codex Chaos Legions would be like printing money for GW...

There were plastic Plague Marines in 2nd edition. They sucked though.

I figure if they ever get around to doing Chaos Legions they'll do plastic cult troops. And don't put your thread titles in all caps, it's kind of annoying.

GW gives Chaos a lot of love. They're 2nd most popular in 40k, behind Space Marines. It'll all happen in time.

Maybe. They're half plastic at least, so there's a start... (Except Plague Marines)

Also, don't forget that you could simply convert those units from the regular plastic CSM.

Good because the current codex is the only thing that's kept me off from chaos so far XD

Yeah but Some people don't have the skill or money to do that.

With my Deathguard army, I'm using normal Chaos Marines with FW conversion kits and guitar strings (and textured paint )

But I guess it would be pretty convenient if they were all plastic so I would have to buy all this extra crap

I'll throw in my two cents, your sure to see some sort of plastic cultist kits when/if GW does a Legions codex, wich as Kid K stated would be a sure fire seller for GW.

It's more expensive to buy an $8 - $10 thing of green stuff and a few $8 boxes of three-piece Chaos marines than to pay $35 for 10 Plague Marines or whatever it is your going for? You'll use a very small portion of the green stuff and have plenty left over to more in the future... That's not even considering AoBR marines. If conversion is done right, it's much cheaper. To answer your bit about skill, for Plaguers just put little blotches of green stuff on there, and use a tooth pick or knife point to repeatedly stab it into something that resembles moldy moss. Suddenly your marines are decaying. For 1k sons, it's just a matter of skirts and head stocks, and for noiseys just have a few wires or speaker-looking things added to each.

Frak the plastic kits- where are the codexes? Is the chaos book- it? they really aren't going to do each cult or something ike that?

So your arguement is, that a photon torpedo can destroy things many times its size, so it could destroy the Death Star.......?

Haha- no way!

Half plastic half pewter is awe full. Do you know how long I had to hold my Noise Marines together?

That's a good question,for now,yes..the "Chaos book" is it.
Will GW release a Legions codex/codices?..who knows, good business sense would dictate that they should, but then again it doesn't meen they will.

You forgot the whole chest plate/tabard on the 1kSons, that's pewter as well. Pain in the @$$. Worst of all worlds, in fact. Can't use plastic glue on them, but they get all the weight and "breakiness" of metal. Plus, of course, there's no plastic option for Aspiring Sorcerers. Just the three mono-pose metals.

GW will make plastic cult marines when chaos players stop paying the same price for 10 marines and only getting 7 with no extra upgrade sprues for conversions lol

Why make plastic kits when you're already scamming your chaos players?

I don't see GW doing any plastic Noise Marines anytime soon as long as idiots like me are willing to buy regular chaos marine kits and then shelling out for sonic weapon upgrade kits.

I've used the regular chaos marine kits for both my noise marines and plague marines. I am not really a fan of any of GW's cult kits besides the berzerkers, and they were better when they came with chain axes instead of chain swords.

I just take plastic SM and CSM and drill holes, beatem up and add green stuff instant plague marine. As for noise marines I do think it's rediculous you have to shell out for CSM box then buy the metal add ons, the same for Nightlords.
