I hope I am missing something- In another thread I was talking about my childhood and brought up the fact that I feel religion is silly- which to me it is- it wasn't meant to be hurtful- it is my opinion- and a "MOD" frazzled said that I may be banned for that? First off- hahah really banning people is for pus ssies. ban me- i have enough accounts that I can start one up everyday could care less- I will come on here if I choose. That aside- am I really not allowed to talk at all about my non beliefs? If you are religious than god is very important and all that but to me god and angels and all that stuff is about as believeable as vampires and orks and howling banshees- less actually. So It wasn't like I was going on for pages and pages about it it was like three words? So in conclusion- is Frazz just a puss or am I actually in the wrong here- If I am actually not allowed to say anything about atheism at all in anyway- then let me know- I will be happy to not come on here anymore and encourage everyone to do the same. I am on hundreds of forums and have said way worse without a "warning". If it turns out that I am in error and not just being a victim of someone who is zealous for god- then I absolutely apologize and will not come on here again- I have been on here for years and years (this is like my fourth account) wayyy before "Yackface" was running the show- Me( I forgot what my old tag was) and "big sexy" (pic was the wereshark model) would talk to him all the time. This is true. Attacking the catholic church in a thread that has not frigging thing to do with the Catholic church is trolling. Its directly violates the be polite clause. We give more leeway here but thats pretty direct-and again for no reason.

Hmm... on the one hand, I think religious discussions should be permitted, free speech and all that. On the other, it's just going to cause arguments. Major arguments. Personally, beyond stating what my religious belief is (agnostic, I like to hedge my bets), I don't really see the point in discussing it further as you're rarely going to change somebody's views on this subject.

Believe me- Flash I know I have been debating religion for probably 16-18 years I know that you can't fight it- buuuut that isn't what I was doing- I was venting my frustration about sex ed on a sex ed forum because I was taught by people who were unqualified and IMO slighty mentally scarred. I sat in a class listening to a nun tell me how women can't recieve pleasure from sex- and how condoms can't protect you from pregnacy- and all this really whacked out shizzle.

Two attacks on religion. You could point out that Priests and nuns wouldnt be good for teaching sex-ed in alot politer ways.

I didn't mean(originaly) because they are stupid or something- I meant because they are the people who are known for not being able to HAVE SEX. Where's the offense for gradeschool teachers? Why solely focus on the Catholic side of it...to quote you this: "shows where your head is at". For no reason? Yea, like child molesting Catholic priests are new or unheard of..its so ingrained in society that its a running joke and punchline used by nearly every comedian at one point.

Also, using the very real and serious example of sexual predators found in the Catholic priesthood is more than appropriate for a thread dealing with kids and sexual education. Its also NOT an attack on the Catholic Church itself since priests are NOT the church and history has shown us just how people with positions of power abused such. That said the Church has been criticized heavily for how they've dealt with this very real situation.
