I had a question about Dwarf magic.
I was reading the codex and without giving away too much info I was wondering if it is actually possible to dispel
anything that is struck on the Anvil of Doom. It takes place in the shooting phase, and not the magic phase which
makes me think it is not possible to dispel using dispel dice/scroll.
Is this correct?

Yes, anvil powers go off in the shooting phase and cannot be stopped by any means, aside from being out of range, etc.

You got it.
Anvil of Doom powers cannot be dispelled in any way even with a dispell scroll. Note that magic items that say "cannot be targeted by a spell" (or similar) are ignored becasue technically its not a spell. Same goes with armour that says "gives a 4+ ward save against magic attacks" (or similar).
