That is a psyker power written in the Dark angels codex.

What I know it is a special typ of saving throw. You have to do a psyking test. If you have passed than you have avoided the wound. If not than not

You make a LD test instead of an Inv save.

Ah, basically instead of making a save, you take a Ld Test. If you pass, the wound is ignored, if you fail, the Wound is taken. You also risk PotW as it is a Psychic test (so on a 2 or 12 your mind assplodes!)
