So, my friends and I have decided to have 3v3 game of 40k, the teams are: Eldar (me) + Black Templars + Sisters o Battle versus Orks + Chaos + Imp. Guard. I know the teams aren't really correct fluff-wise, but whatever. The game'll be a deathmatch with 3000 pts per team. So obviously, it'll be 1000pts per player. Seeing as I actually only have about 750 points, I'll need to proxy in some stuff.
I already have:
10 Dire Avengers (Exarch has power weapon and shimmer shield)
5 Pathfinders
1 Farseer with 3 Warlock bodyguards (all witchblades 'cept for one warlock)
1 Wraithlord (2 flamers, Brightlance, Starcannon)
With a whole lotta psychic and and Aspect powers, this adds up to near 750 points. So, I still need about another 250 pts and first of all I was wondering if I can use a phoenix Lord, coz i do have Baharoth. Second of all I was wondering if you guys can please suggest any variations and something i can use to proxy my army into something a bit more user friendly against horde armies like the Orks I'll be up against.

IMHO it's better to have take cats over the power weapon shimershield

Very limited stuff you have to work with, but if your typical player are cool with proxies then do this.

A) Farseer with Runes of warding, Spirit Stones, all Psy powers - 205
B) Eldrad - (Proxy the DA exarch w/ PW for easy recognition) 210 pts
C) 9 DA pick the one that stands out the most and give it Defend (to eat points) and Bladestorm w/ dual ASC 155pt - Attach A) Farseer
D) 3 warlocks take conceal, embolden (Spear model), and destructor, give all spiritseer 126pt - Attach B) Farseer
E) 5 pathfinders - 120pt
F) Wraithlord take Missle Launcher and Brightlance, w/ 2 flamers - 155pt

Your role in this match will be purely support for your teammates. Period. Stick with them and use your Farseer/Eldrad to boost yourself and them with Guide/Fortune. Fortuned SM are going to cause some havok.

Walk Eldrad/DA up with the toughest foot speed partner that you have.
Walk The Wraithlord and the farseer/spiritseers with the other teammate, keep the wraithlord out front with the farseer locks behind.
Pathfinder exploit any weakenss you see with infiltrate or outflank them.

if you remember your there to boost your teammates and not to be a wrecking force rambo, you will annihilate the other team.

I seriously doubt that he will be able to buff the other teams. Fortuned Assult termies would be so broken its not even funny.

Whoa just double checked it and it does state "eldar unit" not sure how the hell I mised that one.

Stick with the same plan, but use doom to beneifit your whole team, mindwar to take out key models, or a buff power to help yourself.

Alright, I have one problem with what you suggested though. A the moment, the army list isn't legal, you only put in 1 squad of troops, sorry I didn't say but, the game does have standard rules.
