I made a list(2000) that did fairly well against a friend with chaos however i felt not so great about the banshees as they always need a transport which makes them quiet
expensive. I tried to make a second list with shinning spears even though people say they suck and i wanted to know which one you think is better.

List 1) Runes of Witnessing isn't really needed for the first farseer, there is math around here somewhere that proves it hurts more then helps due to the increase chance of double 1s.

List 2) Skilled rider on the brightlances doesn't seem neccessary. I don't see dangerous terrain as an issue in 99% of battles.

Overall I would say List 2 is much better, the autarch will allow you to stay in reserves round one with almsot no fear of piecemealing yourself. The loss of banshees is easily picked up by well place war walkers or a lance charge to the face. The lsit 2 will give you the most speed and sneaky Eldarness
