This mini was painted entirely using five pots of paint: Morrow White, Sanguine Base, Rynn Flesh Bootstrap Leather and Exile Blue.

I posted some details of how I painted her on the blog along with some different angles of her.

Oh, and I put up some extra angles on CMON.

What do you think?

Superb mate, really staggering work for only using 5 pots of paint.

I really like your style of painting, this model is no exception. The colours work really well. I'd like to see what you could do with 3-4 colours.

I will admit, I really don't like the miniature though. I have no idea what it is, although it does look like a goomba from the Super Mario Bro's film.

Of course, as an American, that means I must say that soccer sucks, and football (real football... you know, the one where you do everything with your hands) is 10,000 times as good. I mean, football players could probably beat up soccer players, even, because they actually know sports.

This is georgious. I'd love to try a few limited pallets, but I personaly don't think I've got enough experence with what I'm currently working with to try that lol!

Great job!

Not one of my favourite miniatures ever, but you've done a lovely job with it. The muted tones give it a rather earthy look.

That is a very good reason to try. After you've done a mini this way, you'll have the XP to buy up your painting stat.

Thanks. I'm a little surprised to find out that this mini is so controversial. After painting it, and seeing all of that detail up close, she has become one of my favorite minis ever.

I know, she's an overweight goblinoid gypsy woman, but I really like the way this sculptor pulled it off.

Anyway, that might just be me.

Nice paint job, for sure. But seriously, boobs on a Troll? I am definitely going to have to start drinking again now.

However, this does prove conclusively that trolls are mammalian.

When you put it that way, its actualy a good idea to try! Maybe I'll stop by the paint store and pick out a few colors to try on a random mini!

The fact that its an "overweight goblinoid gypsy woman" is waht makes the mini so awsome! :-P
