I got this idea that you could move your tanks sideways so that they could get 3+ cover save when obscurred. (read the last paragraph at page 62)

Every time I hear "in my opinion" or "just my opinion" makes me want to strangle a puppy. People use their opinions as a shield that other poeple can't critisize and that is bs.
If you can't defend or won't defend your opinion then that "opinion" is bs. Stop trying to tip-toe and defend what you believe in. |

Are you talking about placing the rhino model physically on its side so that the top of the tank is facing the enemy?

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

I'm not quite sure what you're asking about, really. Turning your side to the enemy only gives him a larger target.
The paragraph you're referring to talks about an enemy that can't see the facing of the tank he'd normally shoot at. For example, a Rhino with the front toward an enemy but behind a building so the enemy can only see part of the side.

This thread makes my head hurt.
But even after my second coffee, I'm not seeing a rules question here, so onto the lock-boat we go.
