Proposed rules for the The Emperor of Mankind. (kinda a joke)

750 points! WS 10 BS 10 S 10 T 10 I 5 A 4 W 5 Ld 10 Sv 2+ (2+ invulnerable)

Monsterous creature, fearless, slow + purposeful, Feel No Pain, all librarian pshycic powers, retinue of 5 - 10 SM terminators (max. points spent on them: 500), You may only field one special character if you field the Emperor, unless the Character is a Primarch, may re - roll all invulnerable saves, Eternal Warrior, Night vision/Acute Senses, Preferred Enemy,
Gauntlet of Terra, Sword of Terra, Emperor's LAZOR!

rules:
Inspiring
all SM MUST pass all morale and leadership tests. In addition, they count as being stubborn and having feel no pain
Fearsome Presence
Any enemy unit within LOS of the emperor MUST take a morale test. If they fail, they must fall back away for the Emperor.
Sword of Terra
Force Weapon, May reroll all failed "to hit" rolls vs models with a WS value.
Gauntlet of Terra
Power Fist that strikes at S: D and I4 (note: he may split his attacks between these weapons as he chooses)
Emperor's LAZOR!
This counts as a single ranged weapon with the following charactristics:
range 3D6+6 S 6 AP 2 Type Assult 2

Good? Bad? Strong? Weak? Give me your opinion!

What the feth? Is there any account of the Emperor being a giant?

Your stats are all over the place. Ws and Bs are prolly too high, S and T are certainly too high, I is way too low, A is way too low, and W are too low. A 2++ is prolly too low, and the lack of an armor save is weird. I don't see why he is so slow (and purposeful) and I don't think he had WTFBBQ fast regeneration. A rerollable 2++ is just...ummm, bad. I don't know why you gave him two TL'ed GIANT MACHINE GUNS, a PF is worthless on a strength 10 unit, and Inspiring is crazy strong.

Trying to stat the Emperor in 40k.

I couldn't begin to calculate the cost of this character. You have way underpriced it (mainly through use of the Special Rules), and you might as well just make his profile the following:

"The Emperor"
Place him on the table, looking at your opponent, and smile. Tell him that you Win, with a Massacre.
(this character uses 3rd Edition rulings that you must "Ask Opponent's Permission to Field This Character)

Treachery of Horus
Horus may, if he is within LOS with the Emperor, teleport anywhere else on the board as long as he is within 6 inches of another enemy unit. He may do this as many times per turn.

Amazingness of Horus
If Horus goes into CC with the Emperor and dies, he may automatically kill the Emperor. This requires a Morale test from the entire enemy army. If they fail, they run off the board, even if they are Space Marines.

By the rules posted prior to this post, if the Emperor and Horus were on the same battlefield, their powers of inspiration and ability to make the enemy army fall back would entirely negate each other...

Horus has no wounds characteristic, so it would be impossible for that to happen.

I noticed, I was ignoring the last Special Rule and only looking at the first two, of inspiring his own army, and inspiring fear in the enemies.

I was actually looking for constructive critique, but my only response I can make is towards Rusty.
The Emperor is a giant b/c, in my opinion, a primarch is about as large as a battlesuit. Ws, Bs, S, and T should be way high, for his points cost. The I and A are probably to low, but the wounds are just my way of trying to avoid Che - vito's Idea. The lack of an Sv is from the fact he has the 2++ invulnerable, but if you think he should also have a 2+ armor save, okay. He's slow b/c he's in a gaint suit of armor! And what regeneration are you talking about? The machine guns are strapped under his massive fists. Crud, I forgot that PFs double strength! Oops. Now he has it b/c it's cool.

Except he was just an exceptional man, not someone to be ranked in the same class-size as a Carnifex.

His special powers are what makes him overpowered, not his stats per se.

Also, be aware that giving him Power Fists will make him strike at I1. Is that what you're really aiming for here?

The point is that the Emperor can't be statted in 40k, at all. His psychic powers alone would wipe out an army, and it would be basically impossible for him to die in close combat, against any enemy in any number.

I disagree partly with ph34r.

Certainly, the psychic powers would be insane, but his profile wouldn'd be that amazing IMO. I dont see any reason he should be a better fighter (w/o powers and weaponry), than, say Jain Zar.

I dont think he should be in WH40k, but if I had to give him a profile:

I would him WS8 BS6 S6 T6 W5 I7 A5 Ld10 Sv2+/2++

Armour of Terra - Give +2S/T (already included) and 2+/2++ save. Note: Against weapons that allow no save of any type (ie warscythes) he has a 4+ save.
Sword of Terra - Force Weapon, May reroll all failed "to hit" rolls vs models with a WS value.

Frag/Krak Greandes
Iron Will
God Incarnate - All imperial units within 24" have Iron Will. All other imperial units are Ld10 and Stubborn. Should he be killed, all imperial units must take a Ld check at -2. His body will then count as a vital objective for the rest the game, and any Imperial units within 12" of it will have the Fearless, Rage and Relentless special rules.
Light of the Imperium - Enemy units must pass a Ld check on -4 to charge him, or -2 to shoot at him if within 24". Fearless units must also test, but without the modifiers.

And then some crazy powers...

Added more stuff, got rid of power fist and Heavy bolters, replaced them with better stuff.

Well, he'd be unusable if it's post-heresy, unless they take the giant toilet onto the battlefield sometime.

the emperor wasnt a monstrous creature, he has adeptus custodes bodyguards, slow and purposeful with acute senses sounds like a crippled cat, no point being stubborn when they pass the tests automaticly...but other than that a noice idea...oh and toughness 10 is kinda op..

Hey, if Fuegan is pretty much a monsterous creature, the emperor definately should be at least the same.
