I have looked on GW website, in the local store, and on ebay, with no luck at all. any advise? or should i use a Weirdboy that "counts as" in his place?

I have failed to find him too. Convert a weirdboy, i have seen one that has lightning coming out of his eyes (green stuff) and is modelled with a nest of vipers (from another kit, not sure where) and is on a nice sceinic base, complete with a squig.

Counts-as is all you can do for now. GW is supposed to be releasing some new metal models soon though, so who knows if Zogwort will be in the bunch.
