So obviously one battlewagon is carrying the burna boys, but what is the other carrying, you might want to grab another KFF beacuse you might get blasted to bits. Also grotzookas are mcuh better, as that squad will have to shoot at one target, you either waste the rockit shooting at some light infantry, or waste the bigshootas shooting at a tank. If you are pressed for time and can't make a pretty conversion (as pretty as orks get that is) just cut a straw in pieces, paint it boltgun metal, poke some holes down the sides for effect, then jam it over the exestive gun.

Im going to look into that, However what would I change taking 3 grotzookas puts me 1 point over. Automatically Appended Next Post: The other option I have is to totally remove the burnas add kopta's to make it 5 with a saw or two and 3 more kans and some boyz.

If you're going for orks, it's all about overwhelming your enemy. Orks aren't sneaky. And they aren't subtle. If you're going Mech, go mech all the way. If you're going green tide, go green tide all the way.
What you have is half green tide. Half Mech. I'd either buy the boyz trukks (probably get another full unit of boyz that way since the units are only 12 in trukks) or get rid of the battle wagons, buy more boyz, and probably trade in the burnas for more boyz (see where I'm going with this??).
There are lots of example on how to best equip Nobs so that they are all different. That way you get the best out of wound allocation, but I'll leave it up to you to investigate that.
If you do go mech, I'd change the killa kans out for some DeffKoptas so that you can keep up with the rest of the army.
How you stand now, your boss will be in the thick of it without any support. Eventually (quickly with any MEQ army) he'll get overwhelmed and killed. Then the army can focus on the Burnas and again overwhelm them. After those 2 groups are down, then they will turn on the boyz and finish you off.
Go big or go home. All mech. All green tide. All gunline. All Kan Wall. Doesn't matter which you pick, but pick one and only one.
At least that's how I see it.

I doubt many people will get testy about your being 1 point over. I'd take the 'zookas.
That Nob squad is too big. You don't need that many, 6 or 7 with a Warboss will make a terrible mess of practically anything. 10 is almsot always overkill. I would cut down the Nobz squad by three or perhaps four, getting rid of the slugga/choppa Nobz, and use those points along with swapping out the koptas to get a squad of Stormboyz with a PK Nob. I find Stormboyz very useful; they're just like regular boyz, but faster and more flexible. They make an excellent PK delivery unit. You're not losing much by swapping out the koptas; with this list practically all your AT is gonna be in close combat anyway, losing the two rokkits doesn't hurt you much.
Alternatively, if you want more shooty goodness, shake at least 150 points loose and get a squad of 10-15 Lootas. Lootas can pump out a startling amount of S7 fire, they're almost always worth taking.

Defantly specialise more. Concentrate on one aspect of Orkiness, and stick to it. Obviously you are not going to be shooty, so choose either choppy or Stompy. You sit somewere in between.

The list still feels very half and half. You are going to have a large chunk of your army run head long at your opponent and get overwhelmed, just in time for the other half to get close enough for the same thing to happen. I would say get ghazzy in there, whether mechanized or sloggin'. I'd do 3x2 deffkopta's with rokkits, I've always felt this is the best way to implement them. Maybe give 1 in each pair a saw if you have the points, I've just always felt the S7 on charge to be a bit underwhelming. You really need to choose one style or another before anyone can really help advise you. As of now you have minimal synergy with your force, and that means most advice you get will simply turn it into one style or another.

I think looking at that list, an updated one by the sounds of it, is you need at least one BW, even two, even with no upgrades, to get some units of 20 boyz to the front line quickly. Then you can have lots of 30 man squads foot slogging.

how is the big mek 105? if he just has the KFF he should be 85. So thats 20pts. I believe you may have misunderstood what I mean on koptas which is my bad. Go 3 squads of 2 koptas, that way if you lose one and the other runs he can regroup. just take rokkits and nothing else that yould be 90x3 for 270, that saves you another 40pts, now you can take another Kan and make in 2 squads of 2 w/ grotzookas, and 1 squad of 3 with grotzooka's, which gives you just a slightly bigger kan wall, and more squads for them to have to shoot at. what to do with that last little bit I am not quite sure...

Drop the Koptas and add another 3 Kans. Put grotzookas on all of them and you have an awesome Kan wall. I would drop Ghaz for another KFF Mech so everything will have a 4+ cover save. This will save you a ton of points and will allow you to get what you need. Something like this...
HQ:
KFF Mech - 85
KFF Mech - 85
Troops:
30x Sluggas - 215
Nob w/PK
30x Sluggas - 215
Nob w/PK
30x Sluggas - 215
Nob w/PK
30x Sluggas - 215
Nob w/PK
Elite:
15x Lootas - 225
15x Lootas - 225
Heavy:
3x Killa Kans
-Grotzookas
3x Killa Kans
-Grotzookas
3x Killa Kans
-Grotzookas
Total: 1930
To me this looks awesome. Just walk everything up the board and get the 4+ cover. Set the lootas in some cover and shoot the hell out of everything. Fun list to play as well. I'm running something very similar at 1500.

This army will succed through weight of number, don't stray from your main tactic, in this case, choppy, with a small side of stompy.
