Howdy,
My name is Zigmund, I have a Vampire Count Battilion and currently painting them, not actually playing yet.
In my spare time I drink tea, I listen to Death metal and Black Metal, Play Guitar, Design and draw things, and play on xbox live.
If you have any tips on painting and building armies, for the fact that I'm a noob that would be great!

Welcome to Dakka Dakka 
Painting and modeling is where you want to go if you need help with painting. If you need help with making your army ask on the WHFB general board then after you've built a list take it to the WHFB army list section. They'll rip it apart and rebuild it a few time for you, the main thing though is that they'll give you tips about it as well.
