This is the same Nob I tried out the bright paint scheme on. I lopped off a hand to try out a power klaw I made out of sheet foam. Seems to work, but might be a bit too big. the foam is painted with a couple layers, but still bends when impacted.

Whatcha think?

I am both selfish and chaotic. I value self-gratification and control; I want to have things my way, preferably now. At best, I'm entertaining and surprising; at worst, I'm hedonistic and violent.

That's one hench power klaw, lol! I think it would be ok as a grabber on a 'truck' but not on the nob.

Saying that, klaws are usually massive compared to the Ork carry them.

I think FITZZ's link is your best way of doing one.

At least your experimenting which is good!

And yet someone asked me how I did it, so I show it here:

Thanks for the link to the PK tutorial. That would make a really nice Klaw unit.

As for me, As long as it stands up to the wysiwyg test, it'll do. And more to the good, it's quite cheap.

A bit big? I would use it as a guide to make smaller ones. It looks good for the attempt.

That's enormous and looks terrible, I'm afraid.

I think the problem here is that the klaw just isn't big enough. You need to make it bigger.

I believe that making it out of sheet foam is just asking for your hard work to be bent and smashed. I would try to find a different and more durable medium to use.

also, PKs usually sit a lot further up the arm than that, so perhaps chop some more arm off as well?
