I first started playing with Prime. Played a few times, and built up a couple of armies of Cryx and Cygnar. Stopped playing when I picked up a Hordes Trollkin box and a box of gunners.

How do I get back into this game after being away for a couple of years?

Go to the PP website and download the MK II rules.
The MKII rules in their raw format is available for free including stat cards.

You're in luck as the new Hordes Mk2 rules are out today at 10pm PST, so you'll be able to play with both your Cryx, Cygnar, and Trollbloods.

If you just want to buy stuff to get back in, then the Cygnar book is released in
February.

Also, all MKII faction decks (Game MKII, not decks MKII, which are already out) are released in Jan with official rules. Great time to be playing WM!
