What I'd really like to see for a foam company, especially one that does custom cuts (this means you, Romeo) is a flash or java based builder. IE, you pick an army, and you can drag and drop the silhouettes for specific model types onto the foam. The program would obviously have base parameters programmed in such as nothing closer then X inches for rigidity, etc. That way you can build your trays exactly as you want without scanning in drawings - just drag and drop your marines. With nice generic names when required, obviously.

would be very handy and saves hassle of the drawings and on their half when cutting prob.

I dont know the name of the company off the top of my head, but there is a place were you can tell them what army you have and how many of each model and they will cut foam to match it. A lil pricey if i rember right though.

Romeo did a thread about what we would want from his Battlefoam, his company. Later in the thread, he posted that such a thing was being worked on, much to my personal glee.
