Why the astropath? The only thing you can outflank is the Vendetta, and even then you're better off starting it on the board and using the scout move.

Veterans seem fine. Heavy flamer is overpriced IMO - drop this to a regular flamer. Doing that and dropping the bolt pistols gets you 25 points to work with, plus 10 from from dropping the power weapon. With 35 points you can upgrade that last neglected veteran squad with 3 meltas, and still have 35 (from the Astropath) to work with.

Fast Attack seems fine, but I don't have any experience with anything but sentinels so don't take my word on it.

Heavy support: the Demolisher and Colossus are nice, but you're paying 300 for two battlecannon blasts - you can get two demo charges for your veterans, which have AP2 as well, for 60. Simply said, it's not worth it. Either get these something nice like plasma sponsons, or drop them, get some Hydras, and go wild with your leftover points.

Officer of the fleet seems more useful than the Astropath.

I agree that demo packs on some of those Vet squads would be mighty useful... otherwise when they get knocked out of their chimeras they have very little punch to worry an opponent.

Love the FA selections. Would love to play against something like this with my DE.

Why not take heavy flamers on the chimera?

Firstly, how many points is this?

I don't think the astropath adds a lot, what do you plan to keep in reserve?

You have 2 melta units. This will not do against anti armour. You need another unit and then long range.

The last veteran squad is naked, waste of time taking them without wargear and the sgt also has a power weapon - guard get battered in close combat.

All chimeras would be better with heavy flamers.

Vendetta has no support :(

Hellhound and bane wolf have different ranges so one can hang back, the other needs to get up close. Smoke launchers and multi meltas are close to essential.

What patterned russes? I presume the normal battle tank, which means you're firing two large blast templates at the same target - over kill.

Colossus is ok.

Sorry to say, but this list is far from competitve.
