Went very well. I played a small game against two tie interceptors (I had an x-wing and Y-wing) and had fun. Then we added the Falcon and Slave 1 and it was even more fun. I was playing against another guy who hadn't played and the guy running the demo helped us out. It was fast paced and not overly complicated, but the hidden movement rules gave it plenty of depth.

Tonight I have to get my 1500 point IG list ready for my groups games day this Saturday. After that, working on more Mordheim.

After like 2 months of not doing anything (okay maybe longer), I am finally putting some paint on models.

And I am already displeased with the paint scheme (or at least what I decided to paint certain colors). But I am just going to finish them and call it it a learning exercise. I don't care enough to strip and repaint.

Today has been long. I sorted out my mars attacks, got to meet Angel Giraldez(forgive my spelling!), led the combined army to acrushing defeat of the meager ariadnan forces, wheeled and dealed with mantic to get even more battle zones, led some dark elves to a crushing defeat by the forces of nature, and talked weathering powders, candies, prepping models for painting, and airbrush shop with Alex at the mantic table. Also got to meet Ronnie, mantics CEO, and he has a ridiculous level of energy.

Not a bad day.

Painted my inquisitor coteaz this morning, gonna paint my thunderfire cannon and Ordo Xenos inquisitor tonight (ideally). Sins of a solar empire or wow might stop me.

Did some repairs on a rather dinged up unit of wolves of orboros and a unit of tharn ravagers.

Some parts were missing, so i converted a standard bearer with some spare DE , SW and reaper parts, and used some spare 2nd ed ork arms to fill in the gaps on the tharn.

Now i'm building a Ghordson Driller and listening to a random mix of music on my computer.

Knocked up 6 Zombicide Dog companions pretty quickly so the group I play with can make use of them in this evening's game.
The colour schemes aren't mine, for those that have seen the cards, I made sure the dogs looked like the ones on the cards - at least in my mind. Reality is possibly different.
