Although I have a fair bit of experience playing 40k, I dont often get to use my VC army (havent at all since the new codex came out), so I'm not nearly as confident in my own lists. Any suggestions and general advice would be much appreciated.

You can't take multiple Magic Items of the same category on a Character, so your Vampire with the Black Periapt and the Book of Arkhan is illegal (both Arcane Items).

Looks like a pretty solid list though.

Not a bad list. Just a few comments though:

-doom wolves are worthless (except for in wolf deathstars)

-you probably don't need 2 dispel scrolls as your counter magic is already pretty strong, I'd remove one and give that guy black periapt (more ghoul spam )

-then I'd take away 1 more wolf and buy a 4th wraith, because they can be very brutal but you need a sufficiently big unit so they don't perish from combat res.

Thanks for the advice. It completely slipped my mind that you cant have two of the same type of magic item on the same character. So this is the slightly altered list:
