1 Can your troops stay inside a droppod when it lands so getting cover of a vec and move out next turn with full capablity.

2 I haven't played with the 5th edition that much but played the 4th alot and I rellied on my tacs to win the game in the end should I think any different with the 5th

This is clearly answered in the entry for droppods. In short, no.

Ummm, maybe? There are a few discussions on tactical squads in the tactics forum. If you can't find what you are looking for, you should start a new thread in there, and maybe supply a bit more detail about how you play.

It demonstrates an effort made to be understood, and to make your post an easy and pleasant read. Unless you're using the downloadable Blood Angels codex (which I believe to be a little vague on the topic) the Drop Pod rules specify that the models inside must disembark as soon as it lands.

That would depend entirely on your army. You would be better off posting your list in the Army List section for critique.

Although the models can't stay within the drop pod.. there is nothing against leaving some of the blast doors up.

Deploy on the back side and walk around next turn.

I think you'll find few people do. My club certainly takes 'the hatches are blown' to suggest that the doors are opened, and left as such.

The INAT FAQs agree:
BT.22B.04 – Q: When a player deploys a Drop Pod
can he choose to keep the doors open or closed? If
the Drop Pod doors are deployed open can models
deploy within 2” of them?
A: Once the Drop Pod lands, the doors remain open for the
rest of the game. However, all measurements to and from
the Drop Pod, besides firing its weapon, are done based on
the hull of the Drop Pod (its shape when the doors are
closed). This means, for example, that friendly and enemy
models will be able to move on top of the open doors
[clarification].
