I have an option to add either a box of komandoz to my army or tankbustaz ...... which one is better as a unit of 5? or are thy both useless?

They are very expensive to buy too ... so should one skip them and and go for something else?

Do you guyz use them in ur army?

Unless you really like the models, buy neither. Each can be made with far cheaper models and creative modeling.

For the tankbusta's, you can get cheap rokkit poles online, and can just put them on regular boyz models.

For the kommandoz, just use regular boyz, and search the site for some ideas on how to give them that extra bit of low cunnin'.

If you wanna get one or the other, get kommando's. They have a lot more flexibility than tankbusta's, just remember to pick up Snikrot for that extra fear factor.

Both are useless in units of 5. Tankbustas are more useful if you absolutely must run a minimal unit, but even then, they're not that good.

Kommandos are some fantastic, but they work best at numbers of 10+, with 2 burnas, and with Snikrot ambushing whatever pain in the ass unit is giving your grief.

Tank Bustas work best loaded up in a trukk or battlewagon, and pointed to the nearest metal box. What hurts them the most is that they have no choice but to go after armour, even if they're out of range, so the enemy can kite them for the entire game, effectivly making them a huge waste of points.
