1st turn- i bid 5 min, opponent bids 8- imperial forces get priority.
opponent (called andrew) infiltrates kommandos behind basilisk.
all but nob are massacred by shadowsword sponsons, shadowsword volcano cannon kills predator, vindicator takes out 5-man tzeench squad. bassilisk shoots at lootas, scatters wide. legion deep strike, dread blows vindicator up with multi-melta. legion squads take out guardians with bolter fire. steel legion open fire on tzeench squad, killing all. 2-0

andrew's 1st turn- stuns bassilisk with nob, stuns rhino with lascannon in tzeench squad. jump pack lord arrives from reserves, and assaults CC. kills all but officer, who flees 6". bikers blow up dread with PF, one is killed in the blast. possessed assault shadowsword, do nothing. tzeench squad assaults legion,kill none and are promptly wiped out to a man. 1-1

2nd turn- volcano cannon shoots jump pack lord in the face, killing him instantly. lootas are taken out by damned, ghazghkull is killed by 10 termies, damned claim enemy objective. and nothing much else happens. 2-0

andrew's 2nd turn: khorne beserkers arrive, along with the termies. the termies shoot at the damned,killing one. nob blows up bassilisk, killing himself in the process. no one left claiming nearest objective. 1-0

3rd turn- damned kill termies, tactical squad,vanguard vets and shrike assault khorne beserkers. jetbikes killed by damned. dread killed by biker, who is in turn killed by the dread. grots claim nearest objective, taken out by shadowsword sponsons. 1-0

andrew's 3rd turn- chaos termie lord kills last damned of one squad. nothing much else. 0-0

4th turn, nearly closing time, we both remember we needed to claim the objectives, so we push all our forces at the central objective. luckily, the only enemy forces nearby was the termie lord, who is swamped by a chaplain, 10 termies, 10 damned, a damned captain and a sentinel! 1-0!

Im confused. How did the 4x5 man squads manage to have a lascannon in them?
And be tzeentch?

That is an interesting mix of armies, are you sure the points were even? Nice report, also I second the request for picts.

the points were even, i just couldn't be bothered to list all the upgrades my friend had, i will get some pictures, and i decided to let andrew have a lascannon- he was going to get owned anyway, so why not?

p.s: i can't get pics for my friend's army, but i can of mine. i will be posting another report on a 3,000 point apocalypse game soon, and it completely consists of raven guard and legion of the damned!
there will be a legion dread, captain, and 6x 5-man squads with all the trimmings!
p.p.s: my starting force will consist of my terminus ultra, my vindicator and my razorback!
p.p.p.s: Sicarius and his command squad will also be present in the razorback.
