Hey all, so I am in a tough quandry right now, I am in process of painting up my Imperial Fists army and I need to figure out a way to differentiate the Sargents, veterans and veteran Sargents. currently my color scheme is very simple with iyanden darksun foundation as the primary color, the accent is scab red such as the aquila and others i also use boltgun metal and a couple other colors, but I am keeping it simple. The normal marines have just a darksun helmet, the sargents and veterans have a scab red helmet and I am stuck with the veteran sargents, I am not sure what color or how to differentiate them.

here is a picture of a normal marine, a terminator, and a Sargent or veteran marine.

any advice you can give would be great.

You may use anything I post, just remember to give me credit if used somewhere else.

hate to say it, but freehand white laurels might be your only option that looks good.

That's what I am getting, I may just add a white stripe down the center of the veteran marine sargents and a select few spots on the terminator sargents.

Red helmets with a white stripe down the middle is the standard way to distinguish them.
