Please some insite on Monolith's > Do they or do they not have Will Be Back? The codex refers to "Self-repairing Armor" Does not mean it get's a will be back role, correct

No, they do not.

If they did I would probably stop playing 40k, that would make them more indestructable then they already are.

To clarify a little: Only those units with the 'Necron' special rule listed under the 'Special Rules' heading in their army list entry have We'll Be Back.

This is explained on page 13 of the codex.

The Monolith does not have the rule, so does not have WBB.
