Am I right in thinking that Elysian Drop Troops don't have any specific entry in any of the codexes or IA books?

If so what do you guys play them as? Since they're kinda Elite I was thinking of fielding them as Stormtroopers, is there anything in the model that would prevent this? Would you be happy with an opponent claiming that "Count-As"?

The eye of terror.

I think they're going to be doing more with them in the next IA book.

However, if you want to use them as storm troopers in an army that is otherwise "normal" guardsmen, that should be fine, as I think they look the part pretty well.

Why did the berzerker cross the road?

Yeah Elysians would look good as Stomies or Vets

There are army lists in the IA books but they're based on the old IG codex so they suck balls now.

IA7 (next year) is supposed to be Elysians vs Orks.

(the orks part would seem to be a no-brainer since they're releasing loads of ork stuff but there doesn't seem to be any updated elysian models. Maybe they're just going to do an update of IA4 like they've done with the first two - it'd be a good time for it since the new nid codex would be out as well)

Gathering the Informations.

IA8. It's confirmed to be Elysians and Raven Guard 10th Company leading surgical strikes on an Ork held world.
