He just comes on anywhere on the board at least 1" away from any enemy. It doesn't say he deepstrikes he just comes into play.

He suddonly appears,no scatter at all, just place him anywere, it doesn't really make sense, he just comes in, throws a demo charge at something, then charges, I think he can charge the turn he comes in, beacuse tequnicaly he isn't deepstriking. If only you could have more then one of him.

Only thing he can do when he comes in is shoot. So yes he will get a pretty powerful shot off on something (which has a chance of scattering back in his face), but then will die a pretty aweful death next round.

Correction. He cannot move or assault in the turn he arrives.

EDIT. Ah, beaten by BlueDagger. Yes, Marbo will usually attract a lot of enemy fire. But that is actually good, since every shot targeting him is one less shot against the rest of your army. You have to plan accordingly. The ideal situation is if the enemy has an objective in or near an area terrain. Pop Marbo so that the can contest the objective and benefit from 3+ Cover save ( 2+ by Going to Ground ). He will soak a considerable amount of ( non-template ) firepower.

I believe it's against the forum rules to give out specific rules wholesale. Marbo arrives via his special rule "He's Behind You!" If you don't play IG, see if you can borrow a friend's codex and you'll find it is explained very clearly on page 61.

This being said, Guardsman Rambo (a close cousin of Marbo) works exactly how BlueDagger has already mentioned. You place him anywhere on the board at least 1" away from any enemy model. He does not have Infiltrate or Scout, nor does he use the Deepstrike rule, so Mystics and Auspexes cannot detect him when he arrives. He cannot move or assault, but he may shoot normally on the turn he arrives.

Sorry, I was unaware of this rule, my appologies.
