This will be my first eldar army list and i havnt played them yet and i dont know if i should have both dire avengers just ahve catapaults.

Trying to do too many things, what do you want this army to do and how?

well i will mainly be versing I.G. and Space marines and i dont know wats good against them but im trying 2 get a CC army

Vs IG foot you'll want Scorpions
Vs IG tanks you'll want Fire Dragons
If you want CC vs Sm you'll want Banshees, Fire power vs them you'll want 2 prisms and/or starcannons and/or Dark Reapers with tempest Launcher/Crack Shot.

Trying to make a CC Eldar army will most likely end in fail as if you come up against a good CC Army you'll be crushed due to Eldar's specialized units.

It really depends on what your facing. To give you a more clear answer give us a list of what you'll facing against with the two armys your taking on.

i dont know what against the Space marines yet because he's still getting his army but the IG will almost always have an exicutioner, 1 squad will have harker and infiltrate with heavy weapons, somtimes he will have kasrkins and deep strike them and he will usually have 2 squads just stay in 1 place and the CCS will be in a chimera.
