Subject: Eldrad vs Eldrad. How does psyker powers?

I came across an interesting scenario, how would eldrad vs eldrad work? Both of them have runes of witnessing and runes of warding. So which rule is used? Technically both sides are required to take 3D6 and add them for their psyker test, however they are both also supposed to take 3D6 and take the lowest 2.
Which one wins? How would you play it?

Wasn't this FAQ'ed?
You roll 3 dice.
The lowest two are used to see if the power goes off.
The [s]highest two[s] All three are used to see if perils is needed.
Or am I thinking of something completely wrong?
EDIT:
Ahh, kk, thx don-mondo.
I'll edit my post above so there's no confusion.

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

From the FAQ, Witnessing vs Warding, two lowest to pass the test, all three 12 or more for perils.

And his ghosthelm would most likely negate the effects of Peril. That's funny thinking of unique independent characters fighting each other. I suppose there was a time rift or something

Eldrad...always there for you. In every list, in every battle, in every craftworld, sometimes even fighting himself.
Eldrad...the definition of Herohammer.

Heh I play eldar and I even look forward to a Eldrad nerf. Having him be as good as he is really kills fluff for him, because everyone and their mother takes him, but then play non-Uth

Well, unlike Logan and Marbo, Eldrad is dead...sooooo that makes him more HeroHammered than Logan and Marbo as he's resurrected from the dead by GW.
Eldrad is the manliest man in all of the Eldar race...also known as a guy in the closet...of a blackstone fortress...

Its funny because sometimes I think Im the only Eldar player on dakka who plays a fluffy Uthewe list (Guardian Psker-heavy) and I dont use him. Every other Craftworld seems to play him more than Uthewe.

Quoted from "The Defenestrator":
"Yes, I don't buy into the goody goody image the Tau PR machine has churned out . They're all dirty cold-blooded space-communists if you ask me! Besides, their shiny, selfless "we love everyone for the Greater Good" vibe is so unfitting for the "lulz we're all badass jerks" future of 40k. GW needs to play up their cold, calculating, "join us or die, and probably still die anyway" Borg-y style. That's just me of course."
Altanis wrote Vindicare. Hes like Santa he watches when your sleeping. He knows when your awake. I doesn't matter if youve been bad or good because the inquisition put a hit out on you and a shield breaker round is gonna go through your head when your eating your weaties.

Can easily have the same thing happen without eldrad involved at all tho, since any farseer can take both sets of runes. Any time two eldar armies meet in any larger point mission I would expect it to be likely that each side would have at least one farseer, and that the farseers would both have runes would be likely.
With the proliferation of psychic powers recently all farseer should take runes of warding, and if the farseer has spiritstones then runes of witnessing make sense as well.

Why does my eldar army run three fire prisms? Because the rules wont let me use four in (regular 40k). |
