So I'm don't have an HQ for my CSM army right now, I'm going to buy one today but I'm sort of stuck at exactly which one I want....

My army so far is just zerkers in a LR, and 20 CSM with rhino's.

I don't like anything slaneesh involved so the DP with LoS is out.

Here's my priorities right now

1. DP wings warptime
2. Terminator Lord (I could fit in the LR with 8 zerkers)
3. Chaos Lord on a juggernaut with lightning claws (or Daemon Weapon)
4. Huron Blackheart (His Heavy Flamer and warptime sounds awesome, he fits in the LR also)

So what I failed to mention is I have 8/10 units in my LR at this exact moment, I'm thinking about buying more zerkers though just so I can have the full 10 (assuming I don't put an HQ in there) Comments and criticism welcome!

Do you want to suppliment or compliment the zerkers in the LR?
Do the Zerkers have a fist or a power weapon in it?

A demon prince with wings and warp time is the best out of the choices you've listed. Giving it mark of nurgle would make it better still.

Lords arent worth it they are far too expensive for what they can acheive. A demon prince, despite being a large target, hit do more damage to your opponents.

Huron is also not really worth it. A heavy flamer that re-rolls wounds sounds good, but he is again very expensive and not as good as a demon prince, not to mention that since he must use his powerfist, he stands the chance of being killed before he gets to attack. If you want a character like that take a sorcerer with MoT, wind of chaos and warptime instead. For just 15pts more your template ignore armour saves, you get a 4+ inv save and a force weapon. If you want to keep to fluff you may not like the idea, if so stick with the DP.

The zerkers have a PF. I was going to ask for the same price which is better on a DP, Mark of Tzeentch or Nurgle. Huron is 15 points more than a DP+wings+warptime. He's cheaper if you give the DP a mark.

With Hurons Warptime, the psyker power says reroll to hit AND wound, so would his flamer do that?

Also, I figured my juggernaut guy would hide behind the LR, I don't really care if I get a supplementary HQ, if I don't I'll just fill the LR with 2 more zerkers, I just have the option right now, because I have not bought a second box of zerks.

I've heard it said that Huron was so good at what he does that he sucks, and that's very true. He's a pretty fun splash, and has panned out for me a little better than I thought he would in playtesting. That being said, just go with the DP. And yes, the heavy flamer would re-roll wounds since it auto-hits.

I was just wondering something about Huron, the heavy flamers assault 1 so when I assault after it, he's equipped with a power weapon and a power fist. Do I designate his number of attacks with whichever weapon I want? ex. like Logan Grimnar with his axe thing.

I'm still at a fork in the road with my CSM army.... I'm hoping to make it a 1500 list total. right now without an hq its at like 800 or so. Would taking a leader to put in the LR, and then later getting a DP w/ wing be an idea? or should I load up the LR with zerks and never look back at putting someone leadery in it?

No, Huron has to choose which weapon to use.

And go for DP, MoN, WT. (Wings are always assumed on CSM HQs).
