I second Amazing Magnets! They're really nice folks to deal with, and the sample pack and magnet pen freebies they send with every order are sweet. The prices are low, too. I've been using them for years now.

Not to threadjack but I feel this is within the spirit of the original post.
Are there any retail magnets out there smaller than 1/16"? all I can find are 1/16", and I was hoping for smaller.

What are you trying to magnetize that you need smaller?

Anything smaller would have almost no pull. As is the 1/16x1/32 has nearly no pull.
My vote is for KJ as well. Love their 1/8x1/32 N52 discs!

I use 1/8" magnets... and I wouldn't WANT anything smaller.
hell, I have a few half inch magnets I bust out on occasion when doing things like dread arms

Just looked at my drill bits and realized that I've confused 1/8" with 1/16". The 1/16" will do nicely.
And to answer your question, I want some of my space marines' arms to be interchangeable.

1/16" fits SM perfectly.

I am currently using the 1/8" x 1/16" magnets to magnetize 2 Eldar Autarch models. They are working great for the various backs (although I may need to address the swooping hawk wings as they are very top heavy) and am currently working on the arms. The arms are ~1/8" in diameter and so far I have have good success with a magnet on a Dire Avenger SC (Dont want to ruin my metal models and I have a ton of those to spare).
You shouldn't encounter anything that required magnetizing anything that is smaller than the already small Eldar arms. Unless you want to magnetize like various armor accessories for SM or something?
