Just thought I'd post this up here to see thoughts on the list. I'll play test it in a few weeks, but I figure I'd let people pick it apart.
The swooping hawk units are set in stone due to fluff reasons (except gear), thought I'd bring that up since they will be the first to get scrutinized ;D

I'm wondering what your motivation for bringing the wraithguard unit is, oppsoed to for instance a boring 3rd FD unit?

I got a chance to play last saturday, but in a 2500 version (reapers, and harlies included) and slightly modified once in a doubles match. I must have been smoking something when I wrote up this list as it is definitely not 2k lol. A 2k of this looks more like...
Farseer - Runes of Warding and Fortune
5 Wratihguard
Warlock w/ Conceal
Serpent TL S-Cannon
---
5 Fire Dragons
Serpent TL S-Cannon

SH Exarch w/ Skyleap
---

SH Exarch w/ Skyleap

4 Swooping hawks
SH Exarch w/ Skyleap
First match was 2500 me vs 2500 Space Wolves and Ultramarines. Added to this list was another unit of hawks, Reapers w/ Tempest, and a unit of Harlies. 5 objectives and Spearhead deployment. I won 2 obj to 0
Second match was 2k me + 1850 necron vs 2k space wolves + 1850 ultramarines. Capture and control pitched deployment. Ended in a tie due to ending on round 5, enemy point was surrounded with wraithguard, fire dragons, 2 serpents, 2 units of hawks, and jetbikes, but 3 marines held tough.
The wraithguard unit is there for a bit more range and to give the army a tough unit. The rest of the list is rather squishie, but a solid T6, 3+ armor 5+ cover re-roll hold the enemy up for a minute when they see it. Fire Dragons require a 6" to be really effective then are instagibbed afterward (90% of the time), but wraithguard can ignore armor values and give you pens from 12" away.
Seer council is nice, but not my flavor. I wanted another 12" range tank/marine killer and seer council, while nice, doesn't ignore armor saves.
Things i notice in my matches...
- Make sure the damn dragons are going to be in 6" range when you park the serpent and disembark lol. Was short 3 times ><
- Wraithguard are well worth their points
- I hate Long Fangs and Wolf Scouts
- An Autarch without a power weapon vs marines is nearly useless
- Get aggressive with Fire and Wraith Serpents
- People underestimate hawks till they continually take attrition from grenade packs and they get hit with 22 s3/ 3 s5 hits in their weak point.
- As always, nothing makes me happier then dropping prism s6 ap3 into a cluster of marines

The Yo-Yo Bombing I haven't found get it's value yet, but if you are having luck...awesome.
They do very well vs non-MEQ horde armies.
I've found that my Warp Spiders almost always get their points back and some due to massed S6.
Oh, and for the record....I love TL Prisms

Yo-yo bombing isn't the greatest I'll give you that because against MEQ armies it's like pissing on their armor. I use them mainly because it's the unit that drew me to eldar in the first place and I base my fluff around them. For that reason alone I force myself to take at least 1 unit and typically 2 and find new ways to use them every game. When you take a unit that people typically deem terrible you'll find that most people don't know how to deal with them, especially when it's a utility knife like hawks. Automatically Appended Next Post: Oh and I'm so use to playing marines that if I play IG/Orks/etc it's like a kid in a candy factory. LOL

K so did an annihilation match last night vs Space Wolves, totally got mudstomped. I'll have to re look at my list again and look at giving it a bit more in the way of teeth. Jetbikes really let me down with 2 casualties each unit and both ran off the field.

I like the basis of this army and I will build off it for my casual games.
My currnet favorite combo is Eldrad/Yriel in DA squad with Shimmer Shield and Defend.
Bikes are becoming underwhelming for me, too. I think you need to play 6 man squads w/ x2 Shurcannons and just dance around with assult move.

The Jetbikes do not really fit into the theme.
They eventually die from small arms fire.
Therefore, I'd drop them for another Serpent with DA or Stormies.

Yeah the bikes are mainly there for speedy objective capping, but they truly have no teeth in this arrangement which becomes a liability if annihilation is rolled. I'm goign to attempt the following setup tomorrow and see how they work out...
3 jetbikes 1 Lock w/ Embolden and Spear. The point cost ends up 9 points over the 5 base jetbikes, but in annihilation the spear will give them a role and the embolden will solve the fear of running of the table every match.
As for the theme my Army is obsessed with the Swooping hawk aspect and flight/speed in general. After one leaves the path of the Swooping hawk (if they do) they find that the jetbikes fill that urge of flight a bit in battle. If Hawk could capture objectives I'd take them as troops instead ;D
