Joining an Escalation League at the FLGS with my eldar, gonna post my 750 list here, please critique.

What are the rules behind an escalation league?

You just bump up a set amount of points every week, and your win/loss ratio is recorded, so every week we play a few games, then bump up the points by 250 the next week, play a few more games, bump up the points again. Everything must be fully painted/based too. Whoever has the best win/loss ratio at the end of the league wins, but it's more of a way to get games in and paint an army than anything else.

Sounds like a fun time.

Only pointers I have is the banshees will be next to useless cannon fodder without a vehicle. Might as well drop them and take another Guardians squad if your looking for infantry. At 107 pts you could toss in another swordlord.
