Question popped up last night. Can a Soul grinder deep striking shoot when it lands? According to the rulebook, vehicles coming from deepstriking are moving at cruising speed. Walker rules state that when moving at combat speed it can fire all it's weapons but for cruising speed it say N/A where with other vehicles it says No weapons can fire. What do you all think?

Vehicles and walkers/infantry have different deepstrike rules.

Walkers count as moving and can fire (says so under the deepstrike rules) after deepstriking, or run if they wish. But not assault.

It can indeed shoot or run after deep striking, but not assault.

As a general rule, Walkers are relentless infantry, except they are "wounded" in the same way as a vehicle. While this may not be the case in every sitiuation for every vehicle, it does cover about 90% of the stuff.
