Hey guys ive been reading around the forum for days and i have heard lots about these so called "mystics" i want one to get a inquisitor and i or 2 mystics. yes i have found the DM inquisitor lord but i cant seen to find mystics anywere. i was wondering if maybe mystic is just a short name or somthing but i still cant find anything. ive called the local shop and looked around the net for days. Ive read to DM dex and it shows a pic of a mystic on page 40 and theres rules and stuff about them. any help would be greatly appreciated

If you just want Mystics your best bet is to buy Imperial Guard Sanctioned Psykers and have them count as Mystics.

The Daemonhunter Inquisitor box set might include a Mystic but you might not want the other models.

The Inquisitor Lord must take at least 3 retinue if you want to take just 2 mystics you want the elite inquisitor.

so a elite only needs 2 then ?
and i can just use anyone and call them mystics ?

Yeah, an elite has a minimum retinue size of 2.

There isn't really a "This is a Mystic" model, so go with Psykers.

Also, plasma-gunning Veteran Guardsmen with 4+ saves are only 20 points total in the Inquisitor's retinue, so if you want a plasma squad in your army the Inquisitor is where to take it.

Ummm, no. An Elite Inquisitor is not required to have a retinue.

Cause that's what so many of us take, maybe?

I believe there once was a mystic model thats OOP, but one does come with the Hector Rex model.
