I want to convert multiple discs of tzeentch to make a tzeentch sorcerer and raptors. Suggestions? -ghastli

Warmaster has some cool ones that I believe he made by gluing the flat ends of 2 flying bases together and then adding some dark elf spears. They look pretty good.

How easy would that be to mass produce?

depends on how many of the smaller flying stand bases you have or can get ahold of, I guess. basic work is pretty easy - here is an example of one of his chariots where you can see it pretty well

Oooh what about mounting all the whole squad on screamers? That could be interesting...

Mounting on screamers is harder than it looks. I have a beastial theme running through my dark eldar, so I have hellions on converted screamers. It's required a fair bit of bending of legs and careful building footpads on the harness to get it to work, and they're still a touch unsteady (I need to find a drill bit the size of the stem on a flying base and deepen the hole somewhat.

use tau drones as a base...
if i ever do the thousand sons or khorne army thats what i plan on doing for raptors

Not to mention, the screamers would be expensive. The tau drones is an interesting idea.

Yeah, screamers are like $35 for three... That's a little too expensive for a raptor squad. I think that gun drones might be a little too small though. I was lookin at flying bases and the little ones are kinda too small but the big ones are kinda too big...
