You all know my DIY chapter,but now I'll write about Imperial Guard from Viceria and it will focus on Vicerian 302nd

Summary
Homeworld:Viceria a hive world with population of 130 billion which recruits 1 500 000 guardsmen every year.The regiments from the planet are renowned for their bravery,valor and accuracy which they display on a battlefield.Viceria has 40 hives scattered across planet.The underhives of the planet are used as a PDF recruiting ground.The new recruits always know how to fire a weapon.
Color of the uniform: Dark brown and green.
Tactics:The favored tactics of the Vicerians are armored assaults and lasgun barrages.
Vicerian 302nd:This is one of famous Vicerian regiments,in the last 90 years it has been wiped out some 14 times,but it has proven itself in numerous battles against enemies of the Emperor.Regiment is currently commanded by colonel Shwarcer who had proven itself in a dozen campaigns.Shwarcer is know to execute anyone in the regiment for "disobeying" him including commisars who had supposedly die in combat,he is armed with power sword and with plasma gun.
Famous members of 302nd:Sergeant Marcius,a veteran of 14 years which has been recruited from the underhives and had managed to smuggle a pair of autopistols which he used since his childhood,he commands grenadier squad which is currently consists of 8 members.He dislikes plasma weapons for they have killed several squad members.Marcius wields bolt pistol which has monomolecular edged bayonet strapped to it and a power sword.He got his bionic arms when he had lost both of his real arms in a skirmish against eldar.Marcius along the colonel is one of the older members of the current regimental formation and has survived many times when regiment was on the brink of the extinction.

One of the most infamous losses that regiment suffered was the "Dash trap".The trap was a fort which was sabotaged by chaos forces and left as a trap to any imperial force that would use it.About 20 platoons garrisoned the fort.In about 2 hours the chaos attacked.The walls of the fort were rigged with hidden explosives which were activated.Without walls the platoons were swarmed by chaos forces and killed very quickly.One of the last transmissions was from the notorious sergeant Zas which last words were "This is sergeant Zas scum and I will take a lot of you with me" before he charged into the chaos horde with his chainsword.In the span of just 3 hours every guardsmen was lying in the pool of blood.

Really Lord of Battles and tell my why?

The regiment currently numbers 14,000 men and when it was created it numbered 80,000.

The best sniper in the regiment is Fasha a woman form middle hive.She is respected by the regiment for killing many enemy commanders.She signed to the Imperial Guard because she was in debt to the loan gang.Her equipment is long-las sniper rifle,flak armor,combat knife,las pistol and frag grenades.In reality she doesn't care for anyone,just for herself,it was her who was responsible for the deaths of 40 guardsmen when she ran in cowardice and she managed to conceal that act from the rest of the regiment.

Armor
The regiment has 30 Leman Russes,10 Chimeras and one Stormlord.

The regiment is currently stationed on Harpas fighting chaos forces.The regiment suffered severe loses while fighting chaos hordes of mutants and cultists.

In fighting that was happening the regiment had lost 2,000 men for a 150m of advance line,the fight went bad for the regiment as chaos forces were entrenched in their stronghold.The force of 800 men had failed as it was surrounded by mutants and cultists who massacred the force.The next attack involved entire regiment which managed to take the stronghold,but with the loss of 1,200 men.

The siege of Harpas continues

In three weeks the regiment was reduced to 4,000 men,but all of them were now hardened soldiers and then regiment fared better.
The regiment with the other thirty had laid siege to chaos citadel which had a vast amount of supplies.The citadel couldn't be simply obliterated by artillery for the risk of destroying valuable supplies ,so the regiments had to wait for the imperial navy to arrive and launch orbital barrages which would crack the walls of the citadel.The imperial commander Marcus Irelli had decided to use grinding and ambush tactics against the chaos forces.The 302nd had decided for ambush tactics in which they endured a lot of fighting.Some soldiers had were noted for their valor in battle like sergeant Sark"Light Hand"Cash who used ambush lasgun barrages on unsuspecting cultists.Navy had finally arrived in nine days and launched barrages of bombardment on the walls.The citadel was now an easy prey for the Imperial Guard. The imperial forces had spearheaded armored assault on the forces.The fighting inside was terrible as dozens of thousands men were fighting like never before.Sergeant Marcius was noted for duel with a foe who had mutated hand with talons and a power sword.Marcius had fought against the foe,but suffered numerous wounds and kick,the foe on the hand was struggling with Marcius and enjoyed the combat.In the end Marcius launched his word into the foe and then launched it into his head.In the matter of hours the citadel had fell and the loss of supplies had been devastating to the chaos forces in the local region of the planet.

The siege of Harpas ended in imperial victory as the chaos forces were running of ammunition and other things.After the Lask Offensive the chaos forces were constantly pushed back by the Imperial Guard and after the 4 months of constant losses they finally were purged in battle for Derren's pass.
After that Vicerian 302nd numbered about 2,300 men.They are currently traveling to the besieged world of Hardian's Point a mining world important to the local industrial worlds who are important to the imperial operations in that region of space.

After being sent to planet Resus to fight orks,regiment suffered heavy losses and in the retreat of the imperial forces from Rain front the regiment got surrounded by Warboss Headstompa forces.Colonel Schwarcer knew that they would be easy prey for the xenos so speaking to his men he managed to inspire them with his words of anger and retribution.

Hear me warriors of Viceria,shall we be defeated by these xenos,no to admit weakness is ultimate sin against the Emperor and we shall never falter against enemies of the Imperium.Look at the heroes of the Viceria,let their deeds lead your wrath into the enemy's heart.Steel yourself men and expect no quarter and mercy for you shall not get it.Death to his enemies.

Upon hearing those words,men were given renewed strength to fight.Schwarcer spent every moment to fortify hill against the coming storm of the xenos.The defense of hill 240 was to begun.Orks began their march to the hill expecting the guardsmen to be a weak prey,but they would be given a good fight.Guardsmen were waiting for the orks for they knew that they would have to keep orks at bay long enough for the several light infantry regiments were arriving to help them.The orks finally had thrown themselves at the guardsmen,but they underestimated courage and morale of the foe.Vicerians were setting ambushes and traps for the orks to slow them down and lasgun barrages were also used against massed waves of the orks,when the orks had descended into melee the guardsmen were parrying chopas with bayonets or even with the lasguns.Defense was in the end a defeat for the orks outnumbered Vicerians 30 to one and the constant charges of Speed Freaks and hordes were able to take the hill.Colonel had ordered the men to blow up the bunkers and prepare for the breakout from the orks circle around them.After 28 hours,Vicerians were out of the orks reach,but they were reduced to mere eight hundred fighting men and all of their armor was destroyed.The survivors were chosen by Ordo Xenos Inquisitor as his army.The whole regiment expect for Colonel Schwarcer which was sent back to Viceria to assemble new 302nd regiment were kidnapped,trained better and given better gear.

why does every guard character that i hear about have a chain bayonet???

Removed the laspistol.I have forgoten about the pistols so that's why I added it.
