I was at my FLGS looking around and saw behind the counter a Shadows of Chaos WFB book. I asked the owner and he said he's not putting it out and isn't sure what it was, and none of the other minis players were there? He doesn't play, and I'm just getting into WFB. I didn't get to flip through, but I was wondering if anybody has heard of this. Is it a new codex, or is it an old out of print one?
I'm wondering if it might be a new unspoiled one, because i remember them getting IG before release and people getting to see before officially buying, and Skaven was displayed but nobody got to look or anything.

You sure it was titled Shadows of Chaos? I'm wondering if it might not be for WHFB, but might be for WFRP - Fantasy Roleplaying.

That might be it, but it looked like a WFB codex and I can't find anything on a Google search. I might have been mistaken, but was just curious if there is anybody else who heard of this.

Perhaps it was an old copy of "Storm of Chaos" from 2004? That book, though out of print, has been enjoying a resurgence of popularity lately. I know at least two people who've recently purchased copies off of eBay. I'm hanging onto mine which was purchased new in 2004.

I gotta say: That was one of the better campaign books. Liked it far far more than Lustria.

That was it. I was posting wondering what it was and put it here in case it was something new. I remembered Shadows, but having "Storm of Chaos" mentioned hit a switch. Thanks for clarifying for me.
