It does matter how you attach multiple IC's to a squad. If I had 2 warbosses together as a unit by themselves, they could not join up with a unit. If I attached them one at a time it would work. You can also just start the game with both attached to a squad.

To the OP: Yes, you can.

To jayjester: Wrong. The only thing that determines what unit an IC ends up in is where it is standing at the end of the movement phase.

EDIT FOR CLARITY- You don't declare what's attached to what. You figure it out at the end of the movement phase as per page 48.
