Have a friend who uses Nids, and gotta say my least favorite unit to face is his Hive Tyrant. He puts Warp Field on it, as well as a few other stat-boosting upgrades, then puts a few Tyrant Guard in there. That damn brood just doesn't die...
Carnifexes can be ungodly when put together right. His Stranglerfex consistently makes mincemeat of anything it cares to land on, including the occasional unlucky transport.

It has to be the Tyranid warrior:
-All the biomorphs [well almost]
-HQ or Elite
-3 to 9
-Synapse
-Cool model

Well Tyranids are getting a new Codex in Jan so the best units will change.
