Only lost one game with this list so far, looking for some criticism.

Vets with demo charge go in the valkyrie.
Pretty self explanitory after that,
Psykers make your ld 2
Inquisitor and Callidus exploit this
Barrage exploits this.
Rest of army (Medusa/vendetta/valkyrie) go hunting stuff that the rest of the army can not get (i.e. fearless/multiple MCs/etc.)

Low on models, and weaponry it seems. Naked veterans squads will do .... what?

Arm your veteran squads! To get the points for this, you might want to drop his retinue+chimera, put him in with one of the PBSs instead.

I would like to point out that you must take your compulsary choices of 1 HQ and 2 Troops from your main force before you can take allies. This is true for Deamonhunters, I don't own the Withch Hunders Codex, but I'm pretty sure that is true as well. What I would do if your heart set on the keeping the calidus is drop the Inguisitor Lord's really special gear, switch down to a Rhino which should give you enough points to pick up your company comand squad with enough points to spare for gear. As for the vets, they seam like sitting ducks with nothing to fight back with. If you want to run really basics squads run a platoon its cheeper and you get more meat shields for about the same cost.
