My Space Marine Landspeeder was rammed by an Eldar Wave Serphant. I went flat out in my previous turn, so do I get a 4+ cover save or am I out of luck?

You can dodge the Ram on a 3+ as per skimmers rule.

If a fast non-skimmer is rammed though it doesn't specifically state if it may or may not take a cover save. It only states that the damage is immediately applied. Without anything to disallow the cover save would have to say a Fast non-skimmer can take it's cover save.

Wouldn't the fact that there both skimmer disallow the skimmer dodging?

Ah yep, I made a failcake there. Nothing states that you can not take saves against a Ram attack. If they have an issue with it remind them they are trying to hit a vehicle that is moving at stupidly high speeds.

Ramming is not a shooting attack. You don't get a cover save against it.


The Skimmer rules actually specify that the cover save applies when the skimmer is fired at.
