it allows us to retake a LD test again if we choose to inflict a wound on the unit carrying it .... so here is my question :

Can the wound be saved do i check if it hits or it wounds? how many Bpoles can be in a nobz skwad?

thanks in advance

Covered by the Ork FAQ:

Ork FAQ wrote:
Q. Are saves allowed against wounds caused by
rolling a ‘1’ for the ‘Waaagh!’ fleet roll? Or by a
Bosspole’s re-roll?

A. Armour and invulnerable saves are allowed.
These are just the same as wounds suffered in
close combat from a normal weapon (actually, a
big green fist…).

No problem.

We all have to start somewhere...

You can find the current 40K FAQ's on the GW website (www.games-workshop.com) cunningly hidden away in the 'Warhammer 40000 Articles' section.

Select the articles section from the Warhammer 4000 drop-down menu, then select 'Gaming Articles'. The Warhammer 40000 Frequently Asked Questions article is down towards the bottom of the list.

To answer the rest of your questions:

The bosspole automatically inflicts the wound, you just roll the save.

As far as the nob squad, each and every nob can buy a bosspole, however, you can only re-roll each leadership test once, so you can't use all of their bosspoles on one leadership test.
