So, just a quick thing, all ICs have move through cover and skilled rider, so does a mega armored warboss or ghazghkull roll 3d6 instead of 2d6 for all movement and assault moves?

and move through cover roll an extra d6 when rolling to move through difficult terrain

Yes, they do roll 3d6 IF they are by themselves or with a unit that also has Move Through Cover. If not (if they are joined to a unit) , they roll 2d6 as normal.

Yes, however if they are joined to a unit WITHOUT MTC then they drop back down to 2D6

Both Tufgrim and nosferatu are correct. This is because MTC is lost when a character with MTC joins a unit without it.
