Sure
Basecoat Knarloc Green/Chaos Black 60/40.
Paint watered-down Knarloc Green on, leaving the previous color in the deepest recesses of the muscles/etc.
Add Golden Yellow and a teeny bit of Camo Green to Knarloc Green and highlight.
Continue adding Golden Yellow. Add Kommando Khaki for the final highlights, with an extreme highlight of pure Kommando Khaki.

As for general scheme, it'll be an urban camo type deal, and with blue Death Skullz warpaint.

Well kind of, but at the same time, not really. PAinting and modeling / dakka P&M blogs are a bit similar. IF your just showing the progress every now and then your fine. But if you are going to constantly show the progress and alll that then yea its a blog
