I just found out from my FLGS that GW has discontinued there Bronzed Flesh color. Unfortunately, this is one of my key colors for my SM chapter.
I'm going to try and figure out how to mix this color, but was wondering if there was anyone out there who happens to know a mix already.
I know this is a shot in the dark, but any tips will be helpful.

Thanks

Yeah, it's weird it looks like as if they just don't produce it anymore, for no apparent reason...

But back to your question, try 60/40 Dwarf Flesh/Golden Yellow...it'd work I reckon...

Try 4:1:1 Sunburst Yellow:Skull White:Blood Red
or
Vallejo Game Color Bronze Flesh 72.036 looks like it's pretty close.

Really? Why would they discontinue that?

Thanks everyone for the response. Sorry it has taken me so long to respond....

@r3n3g8b0y and ledfloyd
Thanks for the ideas. It gave me a great starting point. The mixes that I got were close, but a little too much on the red side.

After about an hour I came to the conclusion of the following:
5/4/1 Midlund Flesh/Heartfire/Menoth White Base
These are all P3 paints.

Thanks again

If you're willing to pay the postage (from UK) I'm sure I've got a pot or 2 I don't need.

I ran into the same issue when I was trying to paint a tank in the Tau camo scheam. someone pointed this out to me in a similar thread I started, it tells you what the same color is for most of the model paint brands.

Another (Slightly more expensive) route would be to take the pot into a store that makes acrylic paints (These are hard to find but they do exist), and get them to mix you up a big batch. Then get the paintcode from them and next time you need more, just come back with the code and they can mix it from that.

There's a store in Kamloops that will do that?
Do you know of any places in Vancouver that can do that?

We -had- one. It's not around anymore. It was a model train shop, and a pretty small store, and there wasn't exactly a huge demand for cutsom acrylics.

I would imagine Van has a few. Just look for places that specialize in Model Trains and High Detail dioramas. There's bound to be a few that mix custom acrylics
