Chapterhouse wrote:In the works and due for release next month (or approximately) from some new talent at our studios is some nice stuff for you xenos players.
One of the biggest request we get is more alien race bits, since we pretty much only have space marine conversion kits at this time.
I have two new sculptors hard at work at this time. We wanted to do something for Eldar and Tyranids so we are releasing one conversion kit for each next month.
First up is the alternate heads for Tyranid players. These probably work best for Genestealers (and I think for the new special character genestealers, they would be awesome), they would also work with regular gaunts as well.
Second is our answer to the Eldar Farseer/Warlock Jetbike conversion kit. These will be 2 different figures that will be able to be used with the Games Workshop Jetbikes. You will have to replace the guardians with either the Farseer or Warlock pilot. We are planning on having 2 heads for each figure (I hope) as well as a sword and a spear. Also included will be some nice accessories to make the jetbike itself stand out from the regular ones (runes, new consoles, etc).
We will be releasing more Tyranid bits and models in the near future (I reallly want to do a new "Lictor" sculpt, but cast it in clear resin) .
Check out he finished greens for the bug heads and the concept art and rough greens for the Warlock and Farseer Jetbike kits below.
Happy gaming and kit bashing!

In fact, they are close enough that I may be able to just drive over there sometime and just pick them up.
You are welcome to do so, just call or email for a pickup.

Guard related.
'Spiders' - Various male and female ganger related Guardsmen, I'd want more than just using Necromunda figs.
I'm thinking, heads with gang style haircuts, tattoo's, piercings, wearing helmets to the side.
Tops with Flak jackets undone to show the bra of a female, or chest of a male, sleeves rolled up, torn clothes, leggings, not bothered to patch them up etc. Bandana's tied over arms, legs and such to represent gang colours.
Animal teeth necklaces, little pouches and so on, ideas taken from figs across the Necromunda range as well as general Gang influences. Basically loads of little things which would allow the creation of a decent 'Spiders' regiment or just handy stuff for Guard players.
Female cadian/catachan other regiments, regardless of folks moaning, plenty of Guards players would buy these just for the added variety. I'm not even thinking about an all female regiment, but I'd at least like the option for two or three per squad.
Extra gear, backpacks, just for conversion possibilites, or extra stowage.
Shoulder mounted lights and/or helmet torch heads for those wanting to go down the Aliens road.
Eldar realated
Female Warlock, and/or Farseer.
Thats all I can think of straight of the bat.
Rev is working on Female components for both a warlock and farseer.
I have in hand from Rev, female guard heads as well, I will take some photos tonight (though they are small and may be hard to see well). These will be molded next week I hope.

Dont worry about the Farseer head. After seeing it, I took the Editors Perogative and made some changes. It will loose the 2 horns, one is being exchanged for a "ponytail" of hair flying backwards. The other one is being filed-smoothed down.
Too many horns makes an antelope

Ill let Revliss give the timeframe, hes a pretty fast sculptor, but roughly Id say 1 month and ill take preorders (once I have the greens in hand).
Genestealer head greens should be on the way to me next week, then it will be 1-2 weeks for molding and production.
I am going to use them as Ymgarl stealer heads.

These will likely be easy to modify, at least the hair part.

They will be an all in one kit, but we usually sell the heads and maybe weapon arms seperately for those who like converting.

Powerguy wrote:First off this looks awesome, I was dreading having to cut up metal Warlocks to mount them on Jetbikes (Autarch type conversions don't cut it for me, they need rune armour).
Anyway I know this is a little way from production etc but what sort of prices are we talking about per Warlock/Farseer kit? Its difficult to guess a rough price as I can't really find anything else similar on your site as a baseline (i.e a complete conversion kit for a medium size model).
Realistically I would say these will be released in February, so save your funds now.
As far as pricing. I hate to estimate at this time, but going off our current stuff, I would think a Resin kit would go for $16-20 (keep in mind there would be a a couple of heads as well as weapon choices included). A metal kit if we decide to go that route, would be cheaper for everyone.
Aduro wrote:Know what I'd rather see than different heads for `Nids? Boneswords and Lash Whips. They currently only have one set of these for the metal Hive Tyrant, but with the new book apparently giving them to Warriors, as well as allowing the swords in pairs, that might be someone other would be interested in as well.
We are going full-steam ahead on Tyranid ideas. Boneswords, lash whips and many other options are being considered at this time, having two dedicated tyranid players on the crew makes tyranids a pretty high priority on conversion bits.
It will be very exciting once we have access to a codex.

The jetbike conversion kit is almost done, all we have left to do is the legs and bike handles.
Boneswords will hopefully be done this week sculpting. Ymargl Genestealer heads and "xenomorph" hormagaunt heads are being molded for production this week.
Female IG heads (first attempt) are done and waiting to be painted and added to the website.
