Has anyone had any experience of using them?

I'm sure they are okay but they seem like they might take thier time sending items out and I wanted my order for Chrimbo.

Cheers Duce, how did you find the order turnaround time. I.e. how long before they send the dispatch email?

As I say am keen to get this before Chrimbo, but I know I can get it from GW directly [at full cost!]. Argh decisions, decisions!

I shop there, they are my local war gaming shop.

They usually send out the next day. You can phone or email them and check if they have everything you want in stock (they do have a good selection but you never know with x-mas sales)

I've used 'em, got an email confirming almost immediately, received my goods within the estimated delivery time (on both occasions) and my friends who've used the shop also had perfectly fine results. As a matter of fact one mate, who's Klueless on this site, ordered about £75 worth of IG and got 2 identical packages! I suppose that's technically a cock-up, but I'm praying for it to happen to me when I next buy warhammer - which I will certainly be doing off GfG, I think it's as cheap as reliable, sealed-in-the-box models get.

I use them alot, but as with Wayland, they suffer from not always having the stock there, and need to order it in from GW.

Basically its about 50-50 atm, either taking a couple of days or taking four or five days. Only the once did it take longer, but they did note they where away for the weekend.
