Well im planning on entering a 40k tourment early next month planning to run no tank eldar. Note army cop is graded so i have to have no more than 1 HQ and nothing beating my troop choices.

Well, a foot slogging Eldar army is a tough choice.

I'd make some changes in the Elite section.
Fire Dragons will hardly contribute to your army,
unless the enemy is crazy enough to park a tank in front of them.
Banshees will get shot to pieces at first sight.

I'd integrate a large unit of Harlies since its a perfect counter-strike unit.

Agree with the above.

- Dragons will never make it to a vehicle in one piece unless someone is suicidal enough to get close.

- Banshees will get squished realy fast if your playing a marine player with half a brain. If you take them then make sure to hide them well.

- 6 Scorpions is risky, CC should really have a full unit of 10.

- DA exarch is trying to do too much, pick Defend or Bladestorm then play the unit that way.

- Wraithlord w/ SL and EML has kinda a weird combo there. Should really go either BL/EML or SL/SC for matching preferred target/range.

If you doing a CC slog army you'll definitely want to include Harlies for their veil ability on foot. Also you may want to look into more units of guardians. 20 guadians in a unit is nice, but 2 units of 10 is better. If you don't have Platforms you can get them dirt cheap on Ebay.

Changed wepanary on wraith to BL instead of SL gave DA exarch twin catupults and bladestorm.
I understand watch your saying about the fire dragons just cannt really swich them out because 5 harlies and one shadow seer is the same point cost.
Banshees usually do quite well when paired with the avatar because most people go for avatar first.
Im trying ti get more scorpians curently have only six.
So do you guys thinking harlies for fire dragons is worth it?

Overall I'd say the dragons or harlies would be worth it since the dragons won't be getting much done anyhoo besides dieing.
