This list is more for casual play than being serious but I think it could add an unexpected punch. I might have to go down to 2k, I guess I would drop one destroyer.

I like the list. Interested to see how the Flayed ones will fare. They do add some tactical flexibilty, so may actually be worth to try in a list like this.

My only suggestion is that when you have to drop to 2k points, you keep the Destroyer and lose the ResOrb and the Gaze upgrades...

Flayed Ones and Wraiths are poor. I'd replace the Wraiths with Scarabs with disruption fields and the F.O's with Immortals for more shooty goodness. I would also drop the Monolith and tank up on Heavy Destroyers.
