Hey guys, just wanted your opinion on what would be best to finish off my army list.
I am looking into the choice of a dragon ogre shaggoth, a giant, or a warshrine / Chariots.
Any advice would be muchly appreciated <3

What's in the rest of the army? It sound like you're looking for a centerpiece to cap 2k off, in which case all of those could be good, particularly modeling-wise with the 'shrine. 2x chariots are most likely better than the other two, but giants are fun and shaggies, if the rest of the list is tight, can be at least gotten away with

I say Shaggoth because I rarely see them and would like to encourage more people to take them. although dependent on the marks in your list a giant would be fun. Chariots are cool but don't really get the role of "centerpiece" in my book.

I think a shaggoth with ahw is almost viable, with some impressive speed to back him up and not quite as vulnerable to small arms fire as the giant, since he's rocking some armor. Still fakking expensive though ... My brother has been running 2x ahw shaggies* with some success, but as part of a khorne/undivided blitz army where there are so many targets storming in for multiple charges - Valkia, 2x khorne chariots, 2x shaggies - that they can't effectively be blasted down.
Actually, one of the biggest bonuses of an ahw shaggy for me is that, since the GW shaggy has a gw, you basically have an excuse to convert up or use whatever big monster you like

Really love the Shaggoth model, so would love to be able to use it. Most of the rest of my army is infantry, backed up by a unit of horseman and knights, so something to pack a punch would be good.

I say that's a great reason to do just that
It does sound like he may suck artillery in your army though, with no other big or ultra-mobile things. You can use that to your advantage, to pull shots off your knights, by coordinating their moves and such.

Cool man thanks for the advice. Think i may invest in a shaggoth then, even though the giant looks cool and fun, im not sure it would be very competitive.

Convert the Shaggoth extensively, and use it as Kholek Suneater

The only thing in the WOC list better than a giant with MOS is 2 giants with MOS.
The combat monsters/cav that can normally take out giants cannot engage due to the ASF threat (excepting HEs, but they get ASF anyway).
